Project description
My sister required a Dependent Persons unit which I designed, develop and construct. Being a Dependent Persons Unit no planning drawings where required and using my Dad as an owner builder allowed me to do all the working drawings. This was a big step for me, my first real design and development. After the plans came to fruition and were approved by council I felt a great sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. The Unit has now been constructed and my sister is happily living in her new home.
